Poke Bowl Ideas

Poke Bowl 1

To start, make the drizzle for the top so it has time to infuse: mix 2 tablespoons of olive and canola oil, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice (or you can use apple cider vinegar), 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, salt and pepper to your taste (you can add a touch (2 teaspoons) of maple syrup or brown sugar if you want tone down the sharp taste of the lemon/apple cider vinegar.

Handful of cooked basmati rice, place in the base of bowl.

Handful of fresh salmon cut into chunks (not smoked), place in the bowl on top of rice.

Handful of cherry tomatoes cut in half, place in the bowl.

Handful of fresh blueberries, place in the bowl.

Handful of yellow corn (fresh or frozen defrosted), place in the bowl.

Pour drizzle on top of bowl.

ENJOY!

Poke Bowl 2

To start, make the drizzle for the top so it has time to infuse: mix 2 tablespoons of olive and canola oil, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice (or you can use apple cider vinegar), 1 teaspoon of dried basil, salt and pepper to your taste (you can add a touch (2 teaspoons) of maple syrup or brown sugar if you want tone down the sharp taste of the lemon/apple cider vinegar.

Handful of cooked basmati rice, place in the base of bowl.

Two Hard boiled eggs cut in to chunks, place in the bowl on top of rice.

Handful of steamed broccolis cut into bite sizes, place in the bowl.

Handful of diced fresh mango. Place in the bowl.

Half a handful of chives diced. Place in the bowl.

Pour drizzle on top of bowl.

Poke Bowl 3

To start, make the drizzle for the top so it has time to infuse: mix 2 tablespoons of olive and canola oil, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice (or you can use apple cider vinegar), 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, salt and pepper to your taste (you can add a touch (2 teaspoons) of maple syrup or brown sugar if you want tone down the sharp taste of the lemon/apple cider vinegar.

Handful of cooked basmati rice, place in the base of bowl.

One cooked chicken breast or tin tuna cut in to chunks, place in the bowl on top of rice.

Handful of fresh blueberries, place in the bowl on top of rice.

One granny smith apple cut in to chunks, place in the bowl.

Half an avocado diced, place in the bowl.

Half a handful of diced feta, sprinkle over bowl toppings.

Pour drizzle on top of bowl.

Poke Bowl 4 (Veggie)

To start, make the drizzle for the top so it has time to infuse: mix 2 tablespoons of olive and canola oil, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice (or you can use apple cider vinegar), 1 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs, salt and pepper to your taste (you can add a touch (2 teaspoons) of maple syrup or brown sugar if you want tone down the sharp taste of the lemon/apple cider vinegar.

Handful of cooked basmati rice, place in the base of bowl.

Handful of cooked sweet red pepper cut in to chunks, place in the bowl on top of rice.

Handful of cooked baby marrows, place in the bowl.

Half a cooked brown onion diced, place in the bowl.

Half a handful of black pitted olives, place in the bowl.

Half an avocado diced, place in the bowl.

Half a handful of diced feta, sprinkle over bowl toppings (optional).

Pour drizzle on top of bowl.
